About Me

Hello there! Thanks so much for visiting my blog. For a long time, I felt God telling me I wasn’t putting enough effort into spreading the good news of the Gospel (who is?). I’ve always had a knack for social media, and decided it was time for me to take a step further and make my own blog! This will be a space for me to log my experiences, likes and dislikes, and spread the words that God is laying on my heart. But first, I’d like you to get to know me!

My name is Ashlyn, and I’m 19 years old. I attend Eastern Illinois University and I’m currently studying Hospitality Management. I hope to use my major one day to either work in theme park tourism (we’ll get into how much I love travel and tourism later), work for Make-a-Wish, or work hospitality within a church. I’m very passionate about really experiencing the places I go and want to help others do the same!

I’ve been a Christian for about 7 years, and absolutely love Jesus. As I mentioned earlier, I will use this blog to spread His good news and help encourage other Christians along the way! Jesus has been SO good to me and blessed me with more than I deserve, and I want to show y’all just how wonderful He is.

One last thing you should know about me- I LOVE Disney. I mean I really, really love Disney. It’s a very healthy obsession, despite what some people might think ;). My dream is to work at Walt Disney World or Disneyland and help guests of all ages experience the same magic that I have experienced! I’ll be re-applying for the Disney College Program next month, and I really hope I get accepted!
